As most businesses in our industry, we have a few policies in place to protect us as a small business.

We please ask that if you have an appointment booked with us and are unable to make it, please give us as much notice as you possibly can, so we have the chance to advertise to fill your spot.

Late Cancellation and Rescheduling within
24 hours

If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule last minute you will incur a $30 late cancellation fee. If we are able to fill your spot within the timeframe your fee will be completely waived.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show to your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the service you have booked.

Please understand that we have these policies in place simply to protect us a business as this is our livelihood :)
